Nearly there....

sometimes i feel like i'm in a foreign country

I suppose that might be for good reason?
Today marked day 1 of me driving on the British roads. Not too bad. I asked Mike to ride quietly unless he was asked something because I noticed that when he was with me I did terribly but when I was alone (on base of course) I was alright. There are still a few areas that I question myself.
Overall, not too bad. I really see the need for an English car and the danger in driving an American car. Especially for someone like me who's about 6 feet off with depth perception.
We drove out to our soon to be home today and it looks like they've gotten just about everything done. Still some gardening work to do and it looked like some trim work.
It was so neat walking up around the back to find a large male peacock just chilling on the back patio.
I am so ready to be in our house!
We also met one of our next door neighbors and she was an absolute doll! She has lived in that subdivision for about a year and a half and said it is QUIET and so nice and they love it. Everyone knows everyone right there and she seemed very excited that all the houses except for one were filling up THIS weekend! Its going to be insane over there if there are shipments coming in for the other two families that are moving in on Friday as well. Can you imagine? Well, probably not since you've not actually SEEN the little area. SUbdivision is such a long thing to call it, I'll have to come up with something else. haha. Its not really even that. I don't suppose 8 houses can make up a whole subdivision can it?
Mike is out playing some poker this evening, I'm glad he is out meeting people. Ha, how long has it been since MIKE went out on a Saturday and I stayed home? Yes, awhile. Long while.
There is an antique fair in Newmarket tomorrow at the racetrack. I love that town, although I've heard a lot of people really don't, but the shopping was fantastic after going so long without even SEEING a single shop. Not that I went in a single one, but it was nice to know that they were there. That coupled with these enormous estates with horses littering the landscape, absolutely right up my alley. They juse use the wrong kind of saddles around here.
ANyway, we may swing out there and check it out. I'd like to find some thrift stores in the area. My thinking is that all of this modern furniture that I love so much is so very very common here, that no one really thinks much of it like I do and perhaps they might like some of our furniture. I'm hoping we can find someone with a large large bedroom that would like our gorgeous bedroom suite. Why?
Well, just as I suspected our bedroom (which it was the same in every home we've seen) is too small for our furniture. I don't even know that it will actually even fit in there, but if it does, there'll be no way to walk around it.
*sigh*
We'll see. I've got a lot of work ahead of me. Mike has a long weekend this coming week, so he'll be there for 4 days to get us going. I'm looking forward to having our bbq grill again, and the trampoline!
I won't admit the other thing I sort of kind of miss that I didn't really say to Mike earlier.
It'll be shipped along by his Mom in a couple more months. : I think I just miss having a dog in general, not THAT one. I'm sure of it.
I am so appreciative that this is such a dog friendly place. There are dog parks, dog beaches and ALL the beaches are dog friendly certain times of year, when I've called about homes and mention a pet, they get very reserved and ask what kind of dog. Now back home when I'd mention what kind of dog, it was rarely a good thing b/c they expected people to live with little yippy dogs only (ew). Well they get quiet and I tell them its a labrador and suddenly their tone changes and they often say, "OH GREAT!!!! Absolutely!".
So funny to me. They are so destructive at a young age, that's a dog as a landlord I'd have to pass on. ha! Granted, if its an older one, i'd know they were lazy as all get out and do nothing.
Oh man.

I hope everyone can stick with us for a bit longer. I promise there won't be all these boring posts with no photos forever. I'll have some other people to talk with soon enough and won't have to chat endlessly on here.

Sure do miss everyone!

The Bidet Chronicles

Everyone keeps making fun of my bidets. I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do with those things. Ew. Do people REALLY use those anymore? Do they even come with instructions? How does one know what to do with that? Maybe we can make some neat creative fish bowls with them??
I mean seriously...out of sheer curiousity I've got to google this. The things that come to mind are just too much. Seriously....

So, this morning I took the test for my British license. Shockingly I passed! Barely mind you because someone didn't study at all. Apparently, though, I could've been driving this entire time. It's okay though because I think it did me some good to just ride with Mike and pay attention and learn. At least its nice to KNOW that I CAN drive when I feel like it. I am just going to have to work up to it, build from smaller slower towns to somewhat larger. Very large populated busy areas? Um...I'll pass thanks. Luckily trains are big here. I'll take up train riding. Train riding doped up on Dramamine of course.

So likley not a whole lot that is all that interesting. Today we went to Bury to see some sofa's I'd found online, soooo nice! Ikea got voted off the island when I saw these AND they were within delivery range AND they are on sale! Lots of sofa's that are my taste, but not so far out there that Mike will faint. Since he went off and said the words, "You have full control of decorating our new house, I don't care what you get, just decorate it!". Now he's pretty worried when I send him e-mails out with bright green or orange leather sofas with crazy curves or no arms etc... (they ARE cool though). This one store has many that we can both FINALLY agree on! Well, they were closed. Do they have "normal" store hours? No, one night they close at 8pm, then 6, then 8 then 6 - so on and so forth. Seriously? Well that was a lovely waste of petrol. (Yep, get used to it, I'll be tossing out some British terms where I can, it really does catch on quickly).
We were able to stop off at a store my friend Carol recommended for clothing and I'm so thankful!!!! Oh man oh man am I EVER excited to get a day to myself to go out and hit some of these shops!!!! I got the boys several shirts (since the illustrious BX here has NOTHING) and they are simply ADORABLE! So, that made me feel a little bit better! I was able to pick out a few things to go back and buy for some folks back home as well.

The boys are doing really really well, they're getting adjusted and honestly acting *knock on wood* better than they did for awhie before we left. I'm so relieved. I'm so proud of them lately! Cody is really showing his Big Boy side and Kade is coming back to himself FINALLY! Always my big boy and well.... back to being MOmmy's little man. They've fought less and hugged more and are getting much better at playing TOGETHER. I found some neat toys at the BX on another base, (there are 3 US bases right near each other and each offers different things at their store, but...even collectively, its still super sucky shopping) and they have had SUCH a blast with them! Its awesome to FINALLY spend money on a toy they PLAY with!

Mike was informed today that our first shipment has also arrived, so next Friday we will be taking posession of our new house and ALL of our things will also be delivered! What a relief! The final date was the 28th and I personally didn't want to mess with temp. furniture, so I was just going to make us tough it out for a week, but now we get to set up the boys new rooms and watch our new TV again!
We are really excited, in case you didn't gather that much already!
Today I began making out a list of just general things we need to get. Not only did we sell off a lot of things, we also (obviously) have never had such a large home. Not that its any mansion by a stretch, but seriously, just think of all the trash cans... wow. That's a lot! ha!
At any rate, that is our update for the moment.
Perhaps tomorrow I'll be sure to make an effort to go deal with the JERKS at the office so I can dump some pictures. Maybe...

I would like to send out a very special congratulations to Sarah, Nick, Angel and Hudson for the arrival of their new baby girl Haven! She is absolutely beautiful and I can only imagine how adored she is already and how much she will be for always! I hope the boys get to see her very soon and that she is a fantastic sleeper and an easy going content baby!
(If you are curious about Angel, please check out his site - link in my fave links to the right top of the page).

AND...while we're talking babies, a good luck and thinking of you to my dear friend Christy, back in Tennessee....SHE is having her baby girl Averie tomorrow morning! Its baby central around here! I can't wait to see her! Wish I were there to photograph it! Praying all goes quick and easy as pie and that she is also an easy going little gal. Goodness, with her 3 BIG brothers... no need for Dad to worry about the boys bothering her!

So, on that note....I'm going to say something to make all of you back in the South ill, I'm going to turn on some HEAT because I am FREEZING!!!!!!!

Seriously, the world is out to get me

So I'm trying this yet again....

Our humble abode! Just 10 more days to go!!!! (Yes, they are taking care of that weed problem)!

Unfortunately there were no vacancies here.
Great, English country-side, across the street from the base, because that is the only time someone is still enough for me to take a photo. Thank goodness for the red light huh?
This is what nap time looked like for several days in a row. That's what you call a little trooper.
Just in case, you were not in the mood for the Half Gospel Church that day.

A park here on base. Kade has named her Milly and she does come to see him everytime we go over there.
He's just the ham. He shoved Kade down earlier to be in a picture.
Seems that maybe his camera phobia is fading? Not 100% but its getting better! (I still want to know who on earth taught my son to say "cheese", whoever you are, you are in trouble!). haha
This is our village church, it is directly across the street from our little subdivision. Every village has at least one church like this and yeah, they ALL are on a road named either Church Road, Church Lane or Church Drove etc...
I'll try some more this evening, Cody just ripped off his clothes and peed in the floor. *sigh*
I guess my "me time" is over for the day.

Photos!!!!

I've actually got a decent signal this morning, so I'm going to toss up a few pics. Now, keep in mind that on this laptop, it has eaten half of my photoshop stuff, and will not let me calibrate the screen. SO, that said, I honestly have no freaking clue WHAT these photos look like! I'm just guessing and eyeballing it. So, if they are green or orange, I've not lost my touch...I am just trying to hang on to this thing till it croaks.
Mike called with word on our 2nd smaller shipment today and it is HERE. Well, while it might not be exciting for others, for me it could be. My desktop (my BABY) is in that shipment. However, if we have them bring that to our room here, we're responsible to get it to the house when we move out in a week and a half. Seeing as how we only have my car and its a half hour drive...I guess I can for once in my life just be patient and wait.
Its already going to take two trips just to get our LUGGAGE out there!
Man, it just can't get here fast enough!
Now some of these photos are taken on my big camera and some are on my little point and shoot. You can be the judge of which are which. ha!
ANyway, I was going to post some last night, but some people are just downright rude and WHINEY (yes I'm pointing at YOU silly man who didn't even wait 32 seconds before he began whining that there wasn't a spot available in the cyber cafe. JERK!). ** long story, I'll save my rant for my formal complaint.**

Also, this past weekend, we decided that since we had NO HOUSE HUNTING to do, we'd get out and see something. Kade and Cody chose the ocean. Probably because it was an hour and a half away vs. the forest which is just around the corner. ha! OH well, fine with me. So we drove. It was COLD and WET and WINDY. So we stayed about 10 minutes. We'd have made them suffer a bit longer, but since they are already sickly it was pretty crappy parenting to even let them go out there for the time we did. Alas, we did just that though. Their first time to see and be on a beach. Last year driving by the BROWN nasty and somewhat dangerous stretch of beach on Galveston Island during Tropical Storm Dean doesn't really count.
I do have a few photos from that, but not in this batch. Their still on the camera, which I couldn't dump b/c of aforementined JERK.

So, I realize...I'm just so not good at not having someone regular to talk to. I mean sure Mike is here...but he's doing the same thing I am, so there's really no need to talk to him about the other things that people talk about. So - be warned. I'm yappy lately. Spastic yappy no less.

Okay, here's yer photos....

Oh its time to RELAX!

So, after umpteen billion phone calls back to the very nice estate agent who is extremely busy we got word that all is a go. We had a little negotiating to do around the contract, but she was so nice and got it all squared away for us quickly. SO, it looks as though we've got a LOT of furniture to get b/c this house is huge!
LOTS of room, so you people get busy buying passports already!!!
We should be in no later than the 24th. The latest date for our household goods is the 28th, so lets all cross our fingers that we can get it a little early. No biggie though, we can hang for a few days without.
We spent the day today looking at back ups to that house. I did find one I LOVED, but it was a little out of our price range. I have learned though that rent is a negotiable thing here. So I called to see if they'd go for it. I didn't even see the inside, but 4 bdrms w/ 3 receptions etc... and oh the gardens. OH MAN the gardens were to DIE for beautiful!
Oh well... don't have to worry about it now. So we are now signed in for a whole year to a 3 story home. Sure hope my knees hold out! Sure hope we can find some monster strong baby gates too.
Oy.

I will share photos shortly when I can. I'm trying the 100th different method for being able to access my pictures on the laptop so that I can share them. I'm not holding my breath though.
This is simply ridiculous.

So I met someone that told me another roundabout way to fix the laptop. Once again I get excited only to remind myself that I have the discs for my desktop dells and shipped that, and have the hp laptop, whose discs I shipped.
My my oh my am I ever a genious sometimes. Ugh.
I was going to just deal with it and go get another laptop, but I REALLY don't want to spend the money on it right now. Especially now that I have so much house to decorate. So if I can find a way to rebuild it myself, then I shall, but as for a new laptop with Vista on it...I PASS.

Anyway, just wanted to shoot an update out that we were DONE house hunting, FINALLY! However, the internet that I catch in our room sometimes is out lately, so who knows. I'll say that for now, I will have very limited access to the net. If anyone does need to reach us though, I am able to check my gmail on my phone, so I can at least do that.

Has everyone gone out and gotten International calling added to their phones??? Well if not, you oughta. ha!

I'm hoping we can hit the coast this weekend. We're only about an hour from it, shockingly (that means its only 20 miles away!) haha. Not really, but yes an hour or so away and the boys have STILL not gotten to REALLY see the ocean, so why not now? Because why??? Well b/c what ELSE have we got to do?????? hehehe
I'm giddy at the idea we can go do something for FUN now. FINALLY.
The boys have been major troopers. So won't that be neat to get some pics of the boys on the beach in England...when you can get pics of the boys in a month? ha!
At the very least perhaps we'll go do some hiking in the forest up the road a ways. Something fun and outside though.
(We need warmer shoes...)

With that, I'm out.
Time to go cuddle the hubby. Bet everybody 10 bucks he's snoring away over there. (I'm in the office for the hotel using their computer).

Well, its chilly chilly out, we've had on sweaters today and I had to bust out the hot cocoa, so its good cuddling weather, I'll just have to wake him up. Can't stand snoring in my ear when I am trying to cuddle. ha!

Love all
XOXO

Thumb Twiddlers

Wow I'm on again and I don't *think* I have a ton to say. ha!
Not yet anyway. Well, after another day spent house hunting, driving all over the country, bumping along on the worst road EVER, it would put Merkel roads to the test. After seeing yet another house that just simply didn't compare, we decided to go withour first choice. Prison or not, so long as they can't SEE us, which they can't, then I'm totally fine.
We've put in our application and are just waiting for word from the realtors if the landlord has accepted us and the conditions we offered. Then we'll have to go pay some poundage and wait for our move in date. There is a little bit of work for them to do, while it is a new house, it has been sitting for a bit so the gardner will be doing some work and putting up the backyard fence. We should be able to be in there within 2 weeks. That is just in time for our furniture to be here, so we will get to skip the whole mess with the temporary furniture in and out etc... they can just move our stuff in and be on their way.
I am pretty excited, but not too much because I have to wait until everything is squared away, but the thought of not having to house hunt, that is exciting in itself. The idea of being somewhere that we can feel settled, decorate and RELAX and make ours is just wonderful.

We met a realtor y'day that was awfully snooty about us bringing Sue over, it really irritated me. I am the only one that can be tacky about that dog thank you VERY much. She pretty much lost our business with those comments, it wasn't necessarily anything "rude" per se, but seriously, who on earth says non-chalantly, "oh you should just leave it there in the states while you are here." like its just a box of books or something. She's Mike's DOG, not some "thing" that you just dump off. It was a tone and I just didn't like it.

So, now we wait. Twiddling our thumbs, twiddling away... Of course we have to wait even longer around here because nothing opens until 9 here.

As a side note, the boys are doing much much better lately. I'm so thankful because man they were so rotten!!!

Oh.... I'll give a better update on the boys later. This laptop and I are about to have a little pow-wow.
Time for my little tantrum of the day!
I HATE THIS LAPTOP I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!
NEVER again shall I spend one red CENT on an HP computer.

Phew. Okay.
At any rate, nothing funny or humorous or earth shattering to report right now. Just hopping in and hoping "out loud" on blogger that the application process flows smoothly here and we are finished house hunting.
We've got another good back up, but its a bit cramped, just outside, not inside. I feel a little claustrophobic in some of these neighborhoods.

Anyway, cross your fingers....

Umbrella Shortage!

So here we sit in England. LOVING the weather mind you! It has, in some ways, reminded me of living in Miami Beach way back in the day. The "Daily Rain" as we'd call it. You could see it coming in from the ocean, you'd pick up your things, head inside, wait for it to leave and then go back out and continue with your day. Granted, we're not all tan and sitting around a pool in leisure all day long, but you can indeed see it cloud it up daily, rain or sprinkle a bit and then off it goes.
As I have mentioned, it does cloud up and then sun then cloud then sun and those small differences make a BIG difference in whether or not you are hot or cool. Yesterday and today, I hate to mention to my peeps back home as they are sweltering away in a good ol' fashioned August heat wave, that our highs have been about 65 degrees yesterday and today. Today it has rained almost all day and yesterday was intermittent, but more than we'd seen yet.
So this leads to my next question, if it rains in England so much...where are all the damn umbrellas???????
Yes, I'm shocked that there is not even a specialty store for nothing but umbrellas. The way its been made out to be here, you'd think there would be umbrella stands on the roadside, bright storefronts with an array of interesting umbrellas. Nope. I swear, one would fall over in exasperation at the idea of how much we've SEARCHED to no avail for a friggin umbrella!
Well, I mean we could look TRULY foreign and walk around with the one, ONE, that we found that clips on to a table. Clip be damned, at least we're dry!!!!!
Not that rain bugs me in the least. That's not the point. The point is that if it rains so damn much around here, one should have an easier time finding a damn umbrella. Damn it.

The house hunt.
So, we'd found a house, we saw online before we even got here, the first one we saw. LOVED it. Absolutely love it. 3 story 5 bedrooms w/ an enormous kitchen with nifty little built ins. Some of those things being very little. I would spend each and every single moment waking or not of the rest of my natural born life doing laundry at the size of that mini-miniature washering machine, not only was it a tiny washing machine, it also turned into a dryer. Well, they might not like the size of things that we do in America, but at least they're smart enough to make a washer/dryer combo.
It was a small little subdivision, private, in a tiny small village, absolutely adorable. The neatest thing? The family of peacocks that roamed freely through out.
We had all but made up our minds and could hardly stand to take the time to look at another home, as these were brand new. No previous tenant germs on it or anything.
We drove back out to check the drive, you know, without getting lost this time. Only to accidentally find the structure with constantine wire just in the back yard. There was a thick row of trees lining the gorgeous large back "garden" (not yard) and just beyond that? A men's prison. Now some have said, its likely safer there than another neighborhood because at least the criminals are locked up.
However, in most ways it does not concern me, Mike has not been all too comfortable with it. There are about 4 that are available there, so its at least our fall back. There is plenty of room for visitors there at least.
In the past couple of days we have visited a few absolutely GORGEOUS villages in the past couple of days. I'd show you some photos, but... yes, I'm still on the crappy laptop that won't let me load my pictures. So until Santa fesses up a Mac, we just have to deal with it. Okay, or until I get my desktop back in a couple of weeks.
Yesterday we visited Hengrave and Flempton, oh I was just in love with them! However, we could not find the house that was for rent in Flempton, it was the first village we'd been in where the first English person had waved back to us. I decided it was definitely the right place for us. However, it turned out the house we were seeking, was already let.
Today we went to Dullingham, which is just outside of Newmarket, which is the horse racing capital or some business. Yes, I was in LOVE with it immediately. Likely some of the prettiest country I've seen yet. Not b/c of the equine decorations all over the countryside.
Not to mention, Newmarket has SHOPPING!!!! Lots and lots of nifty stores all downtown along a strip. Great looking hair places too, you know I've been extremely concerned about my hair. I've been spoiled by Idalia way too long, I'm mortified to go to someone new. I think I might just color it myself and grow it out long and shaggy until I come home for the first time!
Okay, so not, but Mike laughed when I said I needed to interview some new salons. I wasn't kidding.
Anyway, today we made our way to Dullingham, that was a bust. I was absolutely and undeniably in LOVE with that little town. It was probably the most beautiful one of all to date, but the house was just not nearly enough to sway me. Next we hit Isleham and it was too cute. St. Andrews Church is the center piece for this gorgeous little village. What was better than that? The homes, the streets, the little businesses, the school, you name it... all adorable. What could be even better than that you might ask? Well, the fact that THREE people waved at us, and we weren't even the ones that instigated the waving, add in a few smiles and nods. Well that sure sounds like home to me.
I get the feeling more and more that Americans may be less liked than I'd originally envisioned or been told. With the military, I've gotten a mixed version of England. Half say they love it and would live here forever and the people were wonderful and friendly, the other half said it was dirty and ugly and people were hateful.
Thus far, I've found it to be extremely CLEAN, not sure where the dirty part comes in. Its OLD --- OBVIOUSLY, but neat and tidy for sure. People...I've not really come into contact with that many British people yet to get a true feel for it. Overall I get the feeling that we are unwelcome, but to be fair, I DO, indeed, talk pretty funny for them I'm sure. Our steering wheel is on the wrong side of the car, the car also sports a Texas Longhorn sticker (HOOK EM!) and Texas plates. Then there are the very few couple of times we've gone into public, and obviously had our children with us, nuff said there.
Okay, then there is likely that mass of Americans that come here and bitch about there being nothing to do and never get out and DO things (I have not gotten to do ANYTHING yet and I'm chomping at the bit b/c there is SO MUCH to do) and the ones that think all British people are rude and hate them, but never took the time to know any. I'm sure there are plenty of Americans that can come along and put a bad taste in people's mouths in any country that we military get sent to.
Seriously. I'm sure it would be just the same of us in America if we had certain towns that tended to get overrun with people from another country that often times might be rude or take US to be rude, when we truly weren't...
I don't know.
Thus far, I can't answer that question. Regardless, I shouldn't worry...who couldn't like ME???? ha!
Oh I should also add in, that I have noticed lately, just how often and how rude my "HUH?" could be taken. Sorry, but there IS a language barrier in England with Americans. haha! Perhaps not like it would be in Germany or Italy of course, but there is definitely a barrier nonetheless.
I've said, "HUH?" well more than I should already and have to now remind myself to have better manners and say, "Pardon" or "sorry, come again?".
It really is quite hard to understand some of the things that get thrown out at me. I feel stupid for not understanding because it is the same language, but um...still not.
So, for those of you who have not been here, are planning to come or may someday, please prepare yourself to NOT understand half of what is said to you in the beginning. The other half of the time I have to contain myself from giggling when someone from here speaks b/c its just so damn cute. I love it.

So.... I'll end with saying that yes, we do love the weather so far. No, we are not having fantastic luck with the house search. There were so many online for all the time we were waiting to come here, but we've come in on the ass end of a large influx I think. Not to mention, you just can't really comprehend how it is to drive around here and how much TIME it takes until you are actually here. If we wanted to be mean and make Mike spend the majority of his time here driving to and from work, sure we could have the house of our dreams but...that's just not cool.
So we are trying to stay within a certain drive time for him, in a certain price range... so basically the same drive time and price range as the other 500 families that have apparently just gotten here.
No, I'm not fond of the food at all. No, I've not tried the beer yet. Yes, I do think I will work on aquiring a taste for it. Maybe. Hey I did try a sip of a Heineken. That's a start right?!
Yes, I have already taken up cooking again. Good thing I'm good at it or we'd be in some real trouble.
Yes, I should simply blog more often so that each post was not a freakin novel.
Oh, and yes I'm telepathic and can read the minds of anyone that reads this!

We miss our people, but sure love it here so far too. We are all so very ready to find a HOME though, so that we can get cozy and comfortable and finally get some sort of a routine going. Also to get that binky back away from the Codester. He's gotten way too attached to it again as we've been so desperate we just let him have it. I cringe at the idea that *I* have a 2 year old with a flippin binky. Hey...you gotta do what you gotta do.
So I've stolen the idea of a friend, albeit her son was a bit older so much more likely to grasp this concept, but hey it worked perfectly for her, so I'm sure gonna give it a shot. I offered up a bike for the binks. Since Christmas is too far away, and I don't want to make it too soon so that we can try to be settled by then, I told him the (yes laugh away, I was grasping here) Great Pumpkin, ala Charlie Brown, was going to come on Halloween and he had to turn in his binks to get a new bike all for himself like a big boy.
We'll see.
I foresee a bike thrown at me and a billion tantrums ahead for a binky.
Oh I love that boy, but man oh man does he ever give me gray hair.
Kade, the blankie...well, I just don't know what to do about that one. I feel somewhat unfair, but it just doesn't bother me. I don't let him take it IN places, and I don't really even take it with us when we go anywhere, so I'm not sure what the problem is there other than the fact that when he does have it, he often sucks his thumb. Not always, but some.
Tomorrow we have to make an appointment with the ped. around here for the boys and I'm pretty nervous about that as well. We had such an amazing pediatrician and staff back home, I felt so uncomfortable taking the boys anywhere but them. I always wanted their email addresses and cell phone numbers to be honest, not that I blame them for taking a little time off, because I rarely trusted myself to administer more than tylenol without their consent. Now the thought of some stranger trying to take care of my babies is just too much. I hope we get a nice, caring dr. for them that can trust my methods. I had the greatest pediatrician ever and I just can't imagine anyone being nearly as good. (Don't think I did not warn him that I'd be e-mailing him though if I had any major concerns). ha!

Okay, seriously. I need to quit jacking around online and get out and make some freakin friends so I can stop droning on my blog for goodness sakes!
What a mess!

Once again I will close with an apology. Perhaps I'll come back tomorrow and finish out any thoughts from today that I forgot and try that more regularly so that I don't get so damn long winded as always.
That's for Jayne. hehe

Miss and Love everyone back home!!!!
XOXOXOXO
